At Sampagita Cafe, we are led by Cristina, our head chef, and CEO. Cristina’s culinary journey began in the Philippines, where she was born and raised. Growing up in a large family, she learned the art of cooking traditional dishes from her mother, a skill that became essential in feeding their bustling household. The joy and passion for preparing quality meals for gatherings of all sizes were instilled in Cristina from a young age, shaping her path towards becoming a talented chef.

How we got here?
Over the years, Cristina’s culinary expertise flourished as she and her husband ventured into various roles within the catering and concessions industry, including serving at prominent sports and entertainment venues.
