At Sampagita Cafe, we are led by Cristina, our head chef, and CEO. Cristina’s culinary journey began in the Philippines, where she was born and raised. Growing up in a large family, she learned the art of cooking traditional dishes from her mother, a skill that became essential in feeding their bustling household. The joy and passion for preparing quality meals for gatherings of all sizes were instilled in Cristina from a young age, shaping her path towards becoming a talented chef.
